MWF Technik stays in tune with the times
Since its founding in 2005, MWF Technik has continuously expanded its capabilities at the Siershahn site in the Westerwald region. In the technical area, covering around 3,000 square meters, we now operate more than 20 modern production machines, including seven turning centers, nine milling centers, as well as fully automated saw systems and thermoforming machines. Thanks to automation technology, we are able to produce series runs “unmanned” overnight. In addition, our production halls house a steel locksmith shop, a plastic welding department, an assembly department, and a training workshop. Completing the setup is our in-house development and design department, where we offer customers product development and 3D design as a service. We have also continuously improved processes on our company premises. Today, incoming and outgoing goods each have their own dedicated access routes. This is just one way we are preparing for the steadily increasing market demands—particularly when it comes to time management. Amid all our technical and spatial advancements, we never lose sight of our team. Good working conditions and career prospects for our employees are just as important to MWF Technik as high production quality—because the two can only go hand in hand. We stay in tune with the times and open to new ideas.
Automation pays off.
Since 2017, series production at MWF Technik has been efficiently supported by automation systems. This has allowed us to make all processes within the company significantly more efficient and—both for the benefit of our customers and our team—more flexible. With the “Eco-Tower,” “Robo-Trex,” and “PH-Cell twin” system solutions we use, we have placed special emphasis on handling our delicate workpieces. The intelligent parts-handling systems ensure that our products remain undamaged during automated production. By now, we neither want nor need to do without automation technology. For MWF, these investments have been an important step toward the future!

In the field of plastics technology, MWF Technik has been developing, manufacturing, and distributing a wide range of system components for many years. Application areas: distributing, measuring, and neutralizing chemical liquids. Our customers come from the chemical industry, water treatment, medical technology, and laboratory technology sectors. Our product catalogs now feature more than 2,000 items and options, divided into the product categories compact systems (mini neutralization plants), fittings, tank accessories, laboratory technology (sampling cabinets), special connections, molded parts, and electrically conductive components (PE-el).
