Plastics technology
Customizing and contract manufacturing with development, 3D design, prototype and series production, as well as plastic welding according to DVS 2212-1 and rubber technology. Since 2019, vacuum thermoforming has complemented our portfolio. MWF is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001 and recognized as a specialist company under the German Water Resources Act (WHG). Our key industries include the chemical industry, water treatment, medical technology, laboratory technology, and ATEX applications.

Customizing, contract and subcontract manufacturing with development, 3D design, prototype and series production, metal machining, system and welding technology. MWF is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Our primary focus is on the mechanical engineering industry.
Development and design
With experienced designers from the metal and plastics sectors, we develop 3D designs using state-of-the-art software – both as a customizing partner for our customers and for MWF Systems’ own system components in a wide range of applications. Using hyperMILL CAD/CAM software, we program simple to complex geometries efficiently and precisely.
MWF Systems
Our plastic system components distribute, measure, and neutralize chemical liquids. The range includes over 2,000 items and options in the product groups compact systems, valves, tank accessories, laboratory technology, special connections, molded parts, and “electrically conductive.”
Developed, designed, and manufactured by MWF Technik, they open up a wide variety of possibilities in plant and pipeline construction that go beyond solutions with conventional standard products – from weldable system solutions made of PP, PE, or PE-el for ATEX areas to PVDF for aggressive media and special connections for VICTAULIC® (OGS).
