Comprehensive expertise for our customers

We employ qualified specialists in plastics and rubber technology as well as in plastic welding according to DVS 2212-1, and a certified welding supervisor according to DVS 2213. From development and 3D design to manufacturing, we offer strong solution expertise with high process reliability.

Welding types and techniques:IR, heated element butt welding, hot gas draw welding, extruder welding for PE, PP, PVC, PVDF.

Vacuum thermoforming products: We manufacture customized thermoformed products according to drawings and designs, up to a size of 1,200 x 800 mm (W x H, depth flexible). The tools are produced in our own mold-making department. If desired, we can provide everything from a single source up to the finished product, including 3D design.

We manufacture customized thermoforming products using the vacuum thermoforming process according to drawings and designs, up to a size of 1,200 x 800 mm (W x H, depth flexible). As a specialist in plastics and metal technology, we produce the tools in our own mold-making department. If desired, we can provide 3D design for our customers. The finished products made from thermoplastic materials are precise and dimensionally stable, offering advantages in many areas of equipment construction.

MWF Systems product line

MWF Technik has been developing its own product line for several years, used to distribute, measure, and neutralize chemical liquids. Our products in the MWF Systems sector now include well over 2,000 items and options. These comprise the product groups compact systems (mini neutralization system), valves, tank accessories, laboratory technology (sample extraction cabinet), special connections, molded parts, and a wide range of electrically conductive versions made of PE-el and other materials.
